what is causing this?

i put in a new vat, new build plate(ones that i know are ok)....cleaned everything...redid the models..changed models...tried other stuff..

these have been printed several times on all 3 of my printers...but are doing this on just one for now(that i know of)....so what causes this?

I believe that's your screen going out.

Looks like delamination. If you've printed these with the same resin, and same settings before on this same printer, I wonder if it is the LED array getting weaker.

Those "sheets" of resin are a sign that it's flickering. In most cases.

Bad lcd i think, try print without any resin and look if the screen is fine

brand new machine...about a month old..no black spots that i can tell...i did the square block test on youtrube...

I'm thinking not the LCD screen, but the LED array that shines through that. Or possibly temps if they have changed a lot.

i use the same settings on all 3 printers and hadnt had any issues until a few days ago...at first i thought it was the model got corrupted cause another one acted like this..but it did the same thing on another printer...

May also still be screen too if it is working intermittently might see something similar.

would it be the screen or maybe the actual light source? the big clear thing that is inside the printer...i had to change out the screen on my first one a few weeks ago....

frame shearing. two things to troubleshoot. replace original usb and update to current software. had same issue.

i pretty much took my printer apart, cleaned and calibrated 5 times to fix the same issue until i found out what frame shearing was

I've seen that before. Turns out my LCD screen was going bad. I took the plate off and does that out and let it run a print while I watched. Eventually I saw it was the screen. Replaced it and I'm back to perfect prints again.

It was about 30 to 40 minutes into the print when I finally saw the screen display something like this. At the time it was just supposed to be two 1-inch squares.

date on resin says it was made 10/2019 and is good for a year..

so have been having issues with my 1st printer all of a sudden..nothing has changed..i get random holes or really weird extra resin skin that isnt part of the models..

what type of thing would cause this? bad lcd screen? or something? i have a 2nd one and it's fine...same models, etc..nothing different....

im at my wits end on this one...only got it back in sept of last year...was doing great up until a few days ago...i replaced the fep...but made sure that they plastic film piece was off and it's all tight, etc....any help would be appreciated..

if you put a new fep or vat in you printer..do you have to re-level it? my prints all got stuck to the fep and pulled off the print bed...why would it do that? it hasnt done that since i got my printer...im so tired of this thing today...
