So I’m an idiot who likes to rush things so I’m looking for a replacement z rail (the whole z gantry I guess) prefer one that already has the physics anonymous z gantry wobble fix holes already pre drilled and tapped. Pic for attention of what I need.

Well 3 hours remaining on a 12 hour print. Not sure why it’s taking this long I think I have some of my settings wrong. But oh well. Hopefully I don’t run out of resin! This is my first big print on this machine. So far it looks really good. Will for sure continue to use chitubox rather than the actual anycubic slicer.

Accidentally ordered the brown version of resin works ccw easy cast HD and I was reading on their website that it doesn’t work with the photon. Has anyone else did this and it ended up working fine? Also what are the settings you used if you did end up using it?

Will a led flashlight cure resin? Will normal flashlights cure resin? I was looking into my printer to make sure it was sticking to the bed plate and it looks like it cured some of the resin around the build plate. Nothing bad but just curious.

Those of you who have printed and casted jewelry in gold/silver what is the best priced Castable resin? I know anycubic has their dental resin that’s Castable, but I want to hear other opinions and also settings used to get the best detail. Not trying to spend a crazy amount of money, but if need be I can.

New to resin printing. Is my fep film garbage due to being cloudy from a bunch of micro scratches? I tried a print and it came off the bed plate and so I had to clean out my tank and I used hot water and a jewelers rag to wipe it off.
