Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團

Hi,

I'm an long time DLP printer recently having bought a Photon S.
The first print I did went great, but the second print gave me issues with base stuck to FEP. I swapped out the FEP and tensioned it correctly following the guide, but the last 6 prints keep failing. either they stick to the FEP or only part of it prints, if I print the testcube again it fails as well with the base stuck to the FEP.

But still hasn't helped.
I've also tried using chitubox instead of photon workshop, but no improvement.
I'm using Wanhao Black resin with settings from the google drive (upping the bottom exposure a bit), but had the same issues with the included anycubic green.
Any ideas what else I can try?

Error or print question

A lot of my prints after rinsing them off and curing them are suffering this white stuff on them? What exactly causes this?

Question about printing flat on the build plate... this works well for some parts but how do you get them off without damaging them? I've tried with the sharpest scarper I have and even that caused minor damage.
