So I got a used photon for dirt cheap. Less then a hundred. Only thing that's wrong? They had protective film on the FEP.

Had my first base stuck to FEP just a little bit ago. I had 3 prints on the plate. 1 good sized dragon in middle , 1 Mini on side and a extra base for mini on other side. The Base came out ok but the best of the print was at bottom of FEP. Looks like the rafts supports and initial base for dragon and mini started to print then got stuck to FEP... what would cause one to stick but not the other.. larger size?

Relative newb.

Is there a larger version of the Photon, or another community loved printer in the same (relative) price range that's a bit bigger?

It doesn't have to be huge. Maybe 1.5x to 2x on the x-y axis?

burned my source to photon printer. I bought new me the same parameters. But the jack tip is different. The original cable from photon has a white cable and the another is not marked, which is plus and minus? The unmarked is wrapped around white around.

Elegoo Maroon has been hit and miss when it comes to sticking to the plate. The print prior to this, a corner was peeling, so I had to reprint the affected mini, and had a “HUGE” cat to print next too. In my experience so far with maroon, the bigger prints have a harder time sticking. So when I set this batch to print last night before going to bed, I thought I’d wake up to disappointment. But low and behold EVERYTHING stuck!

Damn I love this printer. An before anyone asks I have no idea where I got the model from, it was a group of skeletons I picked up from somewhere on Thingiverse.

So I tried to contact Anycubic about my possibly faulty usb port and they linked me to their after sales department, The link lead me to a webpage I can't access with out a ICP license. I have no idea how to continue. Has anyone else tried to contact Anycubics after sales department?

Hello Photonsters. After reading a lot of very helpful informations and doing tons of failure prints I want also share some of my noob experience with the Photon.
I own the Photon for about a week now and am more than satisfied with the print outcomes.
Here I used a mix of Monocure Flex 100 + Monocure Rapid Resin clean about 20/80 (shame on my lazyness not to measure it accurately... ?‍♂️ ).
I got a pretty nice outcome, but as you can see, on the dice there were also some uneven edges.
If you could give an advice to improve it, would be much appreciate.
