What makes the print stick to the fep film but it prints the supports fine?

Hey guys, I have not used my anycubic photon s in a while and for some reason, I forgot to clean the build plate and now chunks of the raft from previous print have cured/solidified on the build plate. What do you guys recommend to easily remove the resin? I tried scraping it off but that broke the scraper.

How do you guys treat the cured resin for everyday use? The cured print seems to be powdery when scratched to drilled into.

I am noticing that I am not able to print larger prints successfully. What settings could I change? The supports are at chitubox default settings.

Hey guys, I am having some trouble with Photon Workshop. When I slice a model, it introduces some sort of noise in the pws file and as a result, I get unnecessary columns of resin pillars in the print (see photo). When the same model is sliced in chitubox, its fine. I cannot use chitubox to slice the print since it cannot export in pws format. Any ideas how to get rid of the noise?
