Has anyone cut themselves while removing parts from the new Photon S? How do you remove parts that are stuck? Got cut through gloves and use spatula. Thinking of sanding the edges of the stage to make them less sharp!!!

Hey guys, having some troubles and could use some help.

Have been using my photon for around a year now, never really running into suction issues until today. I cannot seem to get this part to stick to the build plate. Itll print about half and then fall off.

My build plate is sanded, plate it level, and my exposure times are spot on. I hate hollowing but its looking like that may be the only route. Also, Id like to build it flat to plate to save on sanding a supported bottom.

Is this the dreaded “Z-Wobble” I’ve read so much about? I printed two of these guys in clear resin with no problem, but then decided to thicken the walls a little and print one last copy, but this is how it came out.

I’m not too worried, there are “shoulder” pieces that will fit over the side, a little filler and some sanding should hide the smaller area, but I would like to identify and correct this problem before this it really bites me in the a**

Edit: Screen strobing, culprit found. :(

What could cause this thick sheet of mess to form?
This is the first time in about two years I've had such a grim failure, but it's done it twice with two newly sliced files.
File was validated and I checked it over just now, nothing like this on the file anywhere.

Corrupted file? Bad USB?

Well printer came today and got it set up and started in about 10 minutes. Test print looks great so far. (don't have time to pull it off tonight) so tomorrow after work I'll pull it off, clean it and get a really good look.
