A new screen is needing an extremely long time for each layer, is the machine losing power? Is there a part I need to replace?

I replaced my screen with an Anycubic one from eBay, and then prints kept failing if they used supports.

Then my exposure test came out virtually blank when I ran it.

This is using Anycubic grey resin at room temperature, the same bottle worked absolutely fine before the new screen.

Can this be because I overtightened the FEP?
It's about 300hz on my tuner app.
Using Anycubic Grey, slightly overexposed just to make sure everything sticks. These are all files I've ran before, successfully at lower exposure.

Edit: Apparently my screen is extremely low power.

Hey guys, if the model is falling off where the supports meet it, and staying in the vat, am I underexposing?

Anycubic Grey, 0.02 layers, 12 seconds main layers, 95 seconds bottom layer

(I used the recommendations from the Photonster spreadsheet)

Edit: Updated to 4.2.18 and now the entire screen is just flashing lines.

Orogonal.post: Is a flickering screen (some of the time), caused by Firmware or LCD? :(

Original Photon is having intermittent issues.
I see no dead pixels on a screen test.

Seems to be the actual machine just decides whether it desires to print something properly or not.
Tried multiple memory sticks, old and new files.

Turn on. Pick print:

Print either strobes horrendously, or is absolutely fine.

Stopping any file and starting another means it may just refuse to understand the next file and stall at 0% without loading the STL

Printing a file perfectly, it's a lucky dip as to the next one works or not.

Edit: Screen strobing, culprit found. :(

What could cause this thick sheet of mess to form?
This is the first time in about two years I've had such a grim failure, but it's done it twice with two newly sliced files.
File was validated and I checked it over just now, nothing like this on the file anywhere.

Corrupted file? Bad USB?

Accidentally did it too small for the scale I needed, but it is very cute.

An entire section of one object seems to have “slid” sideways? Supports and all.
It’s not affected the other object on the bed, and after the mess, carried on normally.
Any ideas why?

20hr print so not entirely happy.

Yes ?
It’s ?
Hollow ?

This is hollowed, and has hole placement at the bottom.

Is this the best way to orient it to avoid lines and slippage?

(I did my own supports after the screenshot.)

Does the temperature of the house/region maybe affect the smell / resin fumes?
I'm in a fairly cold region of the UK... And I barely notice any smell at all with Anycubic resin unless I hold it up and sniff it.
Neither does another British user, so I'm just wondering if it's the ambient temp, maybe?

I've walked the dog on occasion and come back into the house during a print, and still smelled nothing, so I'm a bit mystified by folk who say it's horrendous.

I'm wondering because when it gets to summer (a mighty 20-27c so 68F+) I may need to invest in an extractor?
I'd budgeted for one expecting it to be awful, but now I just leave a door open so it doesn't get too stuffy.
