Finally! These parts have been causing me hassle for months. Layer separation, sticking to the bed, half prints, you name it, they failed. Changed the FEP as it was truly looking scabby and wehay! great prints. I will say changing the FEP is a soul destroying task.

fan under LCD curing light has died what is a good replacement or alternate? I think this is reason my prints have been failing late at night is getting overheated.

Resolution back to 30 microns from an accidental 300, and the prints are great at 15 X 18mm.

Apart from printing Yoda's, Benchy's and other models, I was wondering if anyone out there uses their Photon for creating more unusual, or even commercial products?

I appreciate that unlike the FDM printers with multiple filament types, the resins are a little more restrictive, but am sure there still some interesting alternative uses for the output from these machines.

Looking for a little bit of assistance.

Had my photon for about a week and getting some behaviour i can't quite work out.

Getting instances of whole sections of otherwise good prints just failing as if they have sheared off.

Lcd and fep are clean and seem fine, plate has been levelled again and resin has been changed to a new fresh bottle of anycubic green.

No gribbly bits in the tank or stuck anywhere.

I've tried the same prints on my two other resin printers and not getting the same.behaviour.

Is there some sort of quirky setting I'm being too thick to notice for the photon?
