A few months ago the LCD on our original Anycubic Photon started only curing half the plate, but full function was restored by updating the firmware.

However, the last few days half the screen has been cutting out again. When it happens running the UV test will only show half the test rectangle, but once I restart the machine the entire LCD will work again for a time.

I have a spare LCD that I can install, but is there anything else I should try before I resort to replacement?

Left it run over night and I woke up to this. What went wrong, how do I fix whatever the TO sensor. Also what’s the white stuff collecting at the bottom I’ve never seen that before. Really disappointed I would really appreciate some help.

Hey everyone. Ive been doin some dice for molds and such. I cannot for the life of me support a D6 properly. The bottom sides constantly bow (or do some other stuff that geometric words cant define). Is my only option gonna oversupporting it? I was anchoring the corner with a big fat heavy, and did several sets, but i havent had a 6 or 4 turn out in 2 weeks. Optimal Elegoo grey settings for geometric accuracy? Thanks a ton.

Burgman's 1/200 Karl the Great 600mm mortar scaled up to 1/00 for a FoW game (making for a friend). Crew are from Holden8702... .Photon printer, 05 layers, 100 sec base X4 with 10 sec layers. there was a more detailed model with scale rails and stuff but this is for a war-game piece so I went with the simpler (and tougher) model.

Anyone has experience with printing buildings from printable scenery on the normal Photon?
Just wonder how to angle and support them?
Think they will definitely need a raft....
Want to print them piece by piece, because of the size with elegoo grey.

So general rule of thumb. If you increase layer height. for example to 0.07-0.10 is it better to Up the exposure levels or reduce, also base layers etc etc?? whats the guidelines

Hello again.

I'm having slicer problems, again ! ? ?

The model doesn't have any errors or anything else. But when I slice it, there's one layer (random one) wich gets almost every normally-empty area filled with pixels and thus with resin.

Top picture is the actual concerned layer, bottom is the model in the slicer (no supports for demo but even on the supports version there's this bug) where you can see, there's no errors or such thing

I need help i'm going to cry lmao
