Can anyone tell me why this is happening? 8ts my 2nd print where I printed 4 figures and only 1 actually survived. The other 3 are stuck to the bottom of the bath... Again.

Here's a question I haven't seen yet: When I hollow my model, I run the auto supports and it fills up a goodly portion of my model on the inside with supports. This also serves to effectively plug the drain hole(s) that I put in.
Am I doing this wrong or missing something?

Printed in two parts and glued. Used Anycubic clear resin with a few drops of resin dye. 9 hours.

Doing my first print with polyjuice water washable resin tonight ***UPDATE*** so the initial smell and smell when printing is just as bad as any other resin. However post printing the parts smell less and hardly smell at all when curing. i did two test pieces very small and am curing one in just water one in ipa. Looks good so i am doing a large print that i will post pics and review.

Three days, three tries and I am yet to make my first successful print. My first attempt was the Photon cube. It came out okay but a the base was a little wonky and the word "photon" inside the cube was deformed. This was almost certainly due to not having the Z set properly. I reset the Z and tried again.

I soon had an idea that this wasn't going to work since I could see that the print platform did not stay straight, apparently I did not tighten down the grub screw as tight as I should have. After the platform had risen enough it was clear that the raft detached from the platform and so I had nothing but a little half-formed wafer setting loosely in the vat. I set the Z again.

I was pretty confident about my third attempt. I was sure that the platform was level and that the grub screw was tight. After a few hours I was able to see that everything looked level but again there was no raft attached to the platform. This time the raft was affixed to the FEP instead of the Platform.

Maybe I had the Z set too tightly to the UV LED? I was able to remove the paper with resistance, but maybe it was a little too much resistance. I have reset the Z and will prepare for my fourth attempt tomorrow.
