Advice on where to have setting for Elegoo Gray Resin from an exposure test using ChiTuBox. If I’m understanding correctly (and boy am I still learning) looks like 8 is best. Thanks!

so my printer has consistently failed lately by either rebooting mid-print (usually in first 2 or so layers), giving M_11820 error, or zaxis failing to move after initiating print and printing all layers without moving.

i replaced the power supply with a new 12v 8A brick and verified polarity and voltage before trying it out - same issue as before - not fixed

i updated firmware - not fixed

i reset eeprom with default code - not fixed and now zaxis will not move at all no matter what.

i tested mainboard reference voltage and it showed 5.89v

so i've had a printer that failed about 14 of the last 15 prints but now i have a printer that will not move the zaxis motor with any of the ui commands or prints.

is any firmware gcode space-magic going to solve my problem or am i waiting to go through the troubleshooting process with anycubic and headed for a new mainboard or z motor ?

please help. - also i'm currently on 4.2.18 firmware on a standard model photon 翻譯年糕

Has anyone ever had this problem with with ChiTuBox? A file from The Lost Dragons Kickstarter is crashing the app. Freezing my computer and won’t let me print. Any one know what the issue could be and maybe a way to fix it?!?!?! Thanks!!!!

not perfect but not bad for a first try. could do with a bit more thickness before printing again. Creating iron man's round shield from Infinity War for my Hot Toys figure.

Hey all, i was looking into updating the FW on my photon to the epax x1 lastest version. so i downloaded it into and put the 2 files onto the root, plugged it in the photon and it beeped a bunch of times.

Now its says in the info its the lastest 4.2.18 version.

i was under the impression i have to print the .lcd file then the .bin file after but it has not done that. Does any one know if it auto updates now? or have i done something wrong?

any helps appreciated.

Is anyone using Formware on the EPAX X1, Photon or Mars?

If so, what are the benefits over Chitubox or Lychee? I know its a bit pricey for a slicer, but if its a large step above the others it might be worth a look.
