how long should the file validator use on loading files?

it's a 216MB file with a layer height of 0.02mm the total amount of layers are around 1800-ish

So sometimes when I slice my Chitubox file in Photon Workshop, its messing with my layers. As you can se on the picture i takes it 4-6 layers before it start put the last layers in. So my print is failing, as it has nothing to bond to. Anyone know what's might be the cause of this? (The pictures shows the layers side by side 2-6)

I have this in a 1 gallon aluminum bucket. works well, about 5-10min to cure.

Solar power turning display plate works well too. The Near UV is sufficient to power them and helps with even cure

Those of you who have printed and casted jewelry in gold/silver what is the best priced Castable resin? I know anycubic has their dental resin that’s Castable, but I want to hear other opinions and also settings used to get the best detail. Not trying to spend a crazy amount of money, but if need be I can.

I've having problems where the print just stops. Seems to happen to the same files. I can print some files just fine but some files or stls just seems to stop the printer.

Any tips, other than reslice them?

When I try to open a file on the Photon File Vaidator it doesn't do anything. I think it has something to do with the size of file because it works for smaller files. Any suggestions?
