Recently started using ChiTuBox, something I should have done long ago, but its standard offer is to save sliced files as .photons, a file ending not avalible in the Anycubic slizer, is there any segnificant different between this and .photon?

How much resin (ml) does the vat hold max? I'm about to start a 17 hour print and Chitubox says the volume is 73.7ml. I have the resin filled pretty high(see pic). Do you think i'm gonna run out of resin if I leave this running over night? Pic is with platform at home position.

I have a problem
Actually print with white resin, anycubic, parameters Bottom layers 4, 90 seg, 15 seg, off time 4 seg
The details have very good, but the first layers in the módel lost details, near to the plate. I using supports [7 mm long]

Anyone use or consider using one of these? I find network transfer painfully slow and spotty with the network app, slightly better with Chitubox but murder for AA files. Seems slightly better option that avoids the complications of random write issue of the raspberry pi thing.

I asked my flatmate if she wanted something printed, she wanted one of these, maybe not something I would print normally, but I did offer to print an object of her choise, and I am a man of my word. When I failed the first and second print due to bad support, and possibly badly tuned FEP, she made a lot of jokes about men and how we always tend to fail when we are doing anything with this. So ofcourse my reaction is to think that "fine, if thats how you want to play I'll make it 50% bigger, green, and translucent" Extra supports just to be on the safe side. This takes over 7 hours so I would rather not have it fail on me again..

Hi everyone, I have a photon and works great, the 3d print seems a bit brittle, is there any resin that can be used on the photon that is stronger? Also I would like the finish to be Matte black (I would like to skip the painting) if there were such a thing. Any help will be appreciated. I know Formlab has engineering grade material but that is only laser compatible, so that's out.
