So I received a replacement (presumably brand new) Photon from Amazon yesterday and the lcd seems to be failing after one successful print. I noticed something was wrong when the machine would continuously beep during the first layer and not move onto the second. The UV test (square) will illuminate momentarily before going out. Testing UV again with machine still on shows no UV square and only the blue lights beneath the lcd. Shutoff machine and retry and the test illuminates only momentarily, exhibiting the same behavior I'm thinking maybe a short in the lcd? I've opened up the machine to confirm the lcd cable is firmly attached to the board and tested on multiple firmware versions. Makes no difference. I'm guessing this is a failed lcd but figured i'd post up here to see if maybe i'm just missing something...

So I just replaced my LED screen last week, and the new screen already has two little burnt out spots after maybe 12 prints of use. When doing the UV detection test, additional bars show up and then the screen shorts out. What’s going on here? Is this just bad luck or is my machine the issue?

Does anyone know the best way to make prints with multiple parts fit? I turned off AA but the tolerances are still too tight... I'm trying to sand them down right now but it's taking forever, anyone have any advice?

Hello everybody, got a question, I've installed the last firmware and because it was so many bugs I decided to change to the old 18 version, and everything ok until the last layer who doesn't happen at all. So as a consequence process is not over and i'm forced to abort the print. Any advise with this issue?

What causes these lines? I printed both of these at the same time with the same exact supports, but the one on the left has layer shifting throughout.
Since it only happened on one of them, I'm not sure what's up.

What's going on with my resin? Been doing 20-24 hour prints for the past week and IV been coming back to this. Prints seem to be unaffected other than this resin seeming to be a bit softer than others. Using elegoo grey abs like resin. didn't do it with the anycubic grey I had before. (Yes I shake my resin)
