My Photon is having problems. When I start a print it does a few layers then just stops no alarm, no error message then it resets itself. Changed flash drives multiple times and load newer firmware. Still no change. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Hey everyone. Having some issues printing with the AnyCubic Black resin. From the other posts I've searched it seems to be pretty tough to print with and get the exact right settings nailed down. Here's a pic of my first print with the black which was a failure. I've also attached what I'm trying to print in the slicer, and my current settings which I took from the resin table. Anyone have a recommendation on how better to arrange on the build plate or better settings to use?

Hello everyone, just got my photon a few days ago, and I've had great success with printing normal 28-32mm minis, minus a few user errors causing failures, but I've now tried 6 or 7 times to print a larger model and I keep getting nothing but instant fails stuck to the FEP, I've tried releveling the build plate several times but still nothing, any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Ut oh! Just opened my brand new printer and.. looks like I might of scratched my FEP film (right?...) The clear film at the bottom of the vat piece. Guessing I need to replace this now.. Looks like there’s extras in this envelope inside the box?? It’s hard to see but it looks like it might have cut a tiny hole in the lower right corner. All advice welcome. And thanks in advance!

lmao I did a figure with a large base flat on the bed for ease...I literally can't get it off, I tried hot water, I tried IPA around the whole base. It is so stuck, did I read somewhere that sticking it in the fridge or freezer helped? I searched but I couldn't find it...I been whacking at it with a metal and my plastic spatula for 15 minutes now
