I’m really impressed with Anycubic’s support. I went to tighten up my Z-Axis slider to take out the Z Wobble. I was following their video and found I could not loosen the main screw on the eccentric nut. I almost snapped an allen key trying to loosen it.

I hopped on their website, filled out a support ticket asking if I could order a new slide. They responded in less than an hour offering me a free replacement.

Top notch support guys! (And gals).

Hi All, I'm hoping you can help me with a (hopefully) simple question. I downloaded Chitubox and the first time I used it, it worked great. When I logged in the second time I get this weird outline of the item I place but not the actual item itself. I thought perhaps I downloaded the wrong version so I uninstalled the 64 bit version and installed the 32 bit with the same results. What am I missing here?

I've pretty much used up the green resin that came with the printer now, after two-ish weeks of fighting with the thing and working out all of the little bugs (both inherent and operator-induced :D ). Working great now though!

I know this is an absolutely loaded question, but is there a sort of general purpose resin that's got a little give to it? Not flexible per se, just not overly brittle when properly cured. My main use for the printer so far is small prop replicas, and smaller detail parts/greeblies for larger pieces. I'm looking for a material that can stand up to a little bit of handling, but it doesn't have to be any kind of industrial structural resin or anything. All suggestions are welcome - I'm very new to this side of 3D printing and am happy to research various recommended products. Thank you! :)

Hi Everyone. I need help. I have been churning out small prints since I got my printer. However, when I tried to make multiple prints or large prints, the print starts to pull away from the print bed. I have re-leveled the bed but the issue remains. I am using the Elegoo gray and the setting are the factory setting for the printer.

Has anyone tried removing the damper from the Z axis? It am running the double linear rail Z axis mod, and I can’t help but feel that the rubber damper is a point of flexibility in a movement system optimized for rigidity. Looking at the system, I see no reason it can’t be removed. Just wondering if that’s something anyone has tried and, if so, how it worked out.
