My last two prints have turned out like this
The bottom layers have adhered to the build plate but the beginning of the supports haven’t happened, part of the main structure was in the vat / attached to the FEP.
I tried doing it flat with supports and then angled with supports.
Used monocure clear rapid resin.
Settings:
0.025 layer thickness
Normal exposure time: 10s
Off time: 1s
Bottom exposure time: 200
Bottom layers: 20

Why is this not working ?

Greetings everyone,

I'm trying to print a cube for a project. It's 35mm in diameter.

I have an issue that some sides a losing a bit of the edge, like its bent or resin is missing, even a bit in the bottom part where the supports are attached,

The cube is hollowed, and it prints without an issue nad it really looks like a cube. :D

Has anyone tried to print a cube without any surface loss?

Tried no angle and 45 degrees angle on X axis.

Anybody use a modular ultrasonic instead of a huge one?
