Hi everyone, thanks for adding me on.

I am after a favour, could someone direct me to a good manufacturer of silicon and resin? I want to print items on a 3D printer and keep the printed object as a master. Than I want to cast models from a mould that I will make using the original printed object.
I appreciate any help

I found resin cured under my vat for the last two days, and failed prints in the tank. Initially I'd assumed the resin under was from the print dropping off the build plate, but that does not appear to be the case after a second day with the same, and much less print showing.

I replaced the FEP again, assuming there is a hole in the vat. This is now my 5th FEP since getting the printer a month ago. Only the first FEP seemed to work out ok, until it puckered and ripped.

My question, what am I missing in machine prep that would make this keep happening?

I'm currently running Siraya Easy, 180s base exposure, and last night ran a print starting at 18s exposure per layer. I'd started at 14, but hadn't been hearing the part removing from the FEP, I upped it until I heard it, then tried going back down to 18s, but that didn't sound like it was working. I am unsure at the moment if it did work, the print will finish in about an hour, I picked something small to prove it out.

Anyone tested this trick? I'm unable to print as models always stick to the FEP film. I 3D print since 3 years and I own 9 FDM 3D printers, the leveling shouldn't be the issue.
