Some progress on Photonkenstein's Monster, my attempt to shoehorn a 70W parallel lens LED array into my Photon, because who doesn't like printing 3x as fast :D

It looks like it will all barely fit. I need to tweak the array mount to move it back and left (from the vantage of the picture) about 5mm, to clear the front LCD (the cover just barely doesn't close) and give a bit more clearance around the MB. That will almost have it touching the handle and Z motor, and is pretty much as far back as it can be tucked. The array is a bit bigger than the printable area on the Photon so I'll still have full coverage. I'd also honestly like to desolder the headers on the MB and reattach them to the back (to make them more accessible, as you currently need to remove the LED module and loosen the MB mount to get to them), but that's probably going a step too far!

Going to need to figure out how to mount the LED driver, 24V Boost Converter, and the MOSFET switch. Electrically it works, and there's space in the back corner, just need to figure out where to attach it. Maybe make a box that sticks out where the back panel attaches.

The power supply will just get strapped to the back of the Photon with velcro - it was meant to be enough power to run the printer and a PTC heater, so it will eliminate the brick once I'm satisfied it works.

A little experiment that I wanted to pass along, not sure if it was brought up before, sorry if this is old news.

I tried Rit DyeMore synthetic racing red dye on some prints and it came out great. The original color was the translucent green. It really shines with the light.

How long is it taking you guys to Cure ELEGOO under a UV light? Does it make a difference if is 1 or 6 28mm minis?

I just picked up a light, but I can't imagine the 99sec timer is going to make me happy

ok so photon slicer? should i be using something else? It seems whenever i try to print a mini that has a base i find it almost impossible to place supports where i need them. I click and click and click and they don't get added.

Can someone help me troubleshoot this noise ? I am pretty sure it's the fan. If I power cycle a few times it goes away but I dont like powering off and on electronics a bunch of times.

What can I do ? Is the fan necessary? I bought it off amazon about 20 days ago is this something that I should return ?

I got my first Anycubic Photon this weekend and having a lot of trouble getting the prints to work. It seems like the part is sticking to both the build plate and the vat. Eventually shifting and making a lopsided print or falling off into the vat. Everything I read is about not sticking to the build plate and says it is a leveling issue. Is my issue something else? I am currently lowering the bottom exposure times to see if that helps but since I cannot see if it is working or not, it's taking a while to test. Anyone have any suggestions?
