I think, after a little bit more sculpting in ZBrush, this will be my next model to test on the Anycubic Photon S. Thinking about casting some of the jewellery pieces I've been making. Has anyone had much luck with Shapeways for jewellery casting prints? Any other suggestions?

1st print problem here. I've tried to print the test cube but from whatever reason the printer got stuck on the 1st layer. After I upgraded the firmware from anycubic website ( bin + lcd files) removed power plug and started again it worked es expected. In the morning I've found some resin half hardened in the vat. Nothing on the plate. I did height calibration again and tried printing. Now the printer is stuck on the 1st layer again. Not sure how to move forward from here.

I'm having a problem with supports where the print either stops or doesn't recognise the file when using them. I've tried slicing without supports and it works fine.

I've tried both the Photon slicer and ChiTuBox with the same result. The strange thing is the free viewer from Thingiverse shows the complete file with supports but ChiTuBox only shows part, usually cut off between 1/4 and 1/2 way up.

I've also tried Formware and have exactly the same issue. I've tried several different files of varying sizes and polygon counts but the same happens every time. Can anyone help, maybe a firmware update if there is one?

Hope this type of post is allowed.

Anyone willing to do some design work for me?

With all the creativity here, can someone help me alter a STL file I have permission to use?

I have no experience with designing and just enough understanding to mirror the file to send to printer service.

It is a fishing lure and I have the left side. I am able to mirror it to make a right side, yielding both halves. Had a service make me a few to sample with.

It was designed in some registration pockets, and I cut tiny pieces of wire to put in for alignment. If I am extra careful with the CA, I can glue up a usable product but still not very well aligned.

So, I want to have pins (about .05"dia, by .05" high) projected from one side to make it incorporated for exact fit instead of extra steps.

And add a couple of slots in key places for the stainless steel wire to feed for line attach and hooks.

The subject may be too controversial, might be construed as political in nature, so PM me and I will send more information and photos for clarity.

Willing to pay.

Hello all. Here's a ZBrush sculpt I made yesterday morning and here's a couple of photo's of my first 3D print of it. I'm still a newbie with 3D printing (only had my printer just over a week now) and I still have that 'This is just like something out of Star Trek' moment every time I look over at my Anycubic Photon S! ? Pretty happy how this turned out.

In serious need of help. I stopped a print before it started and turned the machine off. I loaded a new file to the thumb drive and turned on the Anycubic photon but no fan and it won't print it won't do anything at all. Has anyone else run into this problem? I've tried unplugging the machine and I couldn't find a thing that would help in the Anycubic photon screens. Did I destroy my machine?
