Ok, so I did a horrible thing I think. I ordered a photon S from eBay that was listed as “Brand New” and I receive this today (my first photon printer ever) it had obviously been re-taped and the casing is scratched as shown in the pictures. He is swearing he bought it brand new. And me like the dupe I am, am giving him the benefit of the doubt and am asking if anyone here knows if Anycubic quality control is actually this bad.

Ok, i know it supposedly simple, but i can find nothing on it.

I should preface this with the fact that I have a moody toddler all day today so I have been fried, I promise, I am not always this dumb!

The darn print menu shows no files, tried 3 different usb drives<10 gb, (i got a few old ones) including their included one.

I did use the slice option to export a .photons file after hours of frustration. I figure mine might be busted.

Kinda sucks, been wanting to play with one of these for years now.

Anyone ever run into this? What did you do to fix it?

So, I am curing the test cube that Anycubic gave us, and everything is cured except the top of the base, I just touched it and some rubbed off. Any ideas on how to get that to cure better without overcuring the print?

PS. Totally washed my hands with hot soapy water after touching.

Hi. Does anyone have experience of how cured resin acts under temperature? For example in a warm window during summer? And over a longer period of time? Maybe enclosed in a glass box as a part of a diorama?
