I love how tiny this printer can print stuff. Is there a reason why Im still getting very visible layer lines at 25 microns with 4x AA?

I see a lot of prints here that look absolutely clean. I ordered some gray resin and I'll see if the layer lines still show up with it.

Annoying newbie question, I apologize. I got my printer Sunday but haven’t even been able to print the test print because the software doesn’t like any of my computers. I’ve googled it to death and I can surmise it has something to do with my video card. I’m. Not an IT guy. I have no idea what the problem is. I’m attaching a photo that has happened on three different computers. None will let me see the actual model. I’m hoping it’s something small and I will feel like a dork for asking afterwards but I’m at my wits end. Please help me slice this file so I can actually use my printer.

Update: Anycubic's customer support was exceptionally good. The time delay in communication was a little frustrating at time, but everything is back up and running. Thanks again to this group and Larry at Anycubic for all the help.
