Hello friends,

Anycubic photon s sliced file does not working in machine.
It shows full uv on. Full screen blue.

Please help.

Got my photon in last night. (first 3d printer ever) and instead of the default model it corms with, I printed this (it is multi part, so you can shift the gears. It is for the game gaslands, it displays what gear the game is in).

I didn't want to wait 6 hours for the default print, lol. But yeah, stock settings and this came out great.

Now on to bigger and better things.

To people that wonder what's next step (escalate escalate scalate) from photon and for people who thing tgat 7.micron dot that moves around us lower res then lcd screen sqrare matrix (lol) comparison - photon vs Moai. Same model, both printed at 0.04 layer - photon amazing Ameralabs resin (best to get details for photon) vs stock Moai resin. Same orientation. Model is very curvy.

Painted red - photon, even after priming and painting you can see limitations of xy resolution in form of aliasing.
Moai (just primed) no artifacts like that what's so ever.

Benefit of photon. I could get 8 parts like that in one go and wuth Ameralabs resin it just took 3.5h
Moai took almost 6h.

if you just ignore the little booboo on the gripping hands in the middle then these looks like a pretty great print lol
(Anycubic Grey 0.05mm, settings are the same as in the spreadsheet)

Two different issues, but a solution for either one will work!

I tried printing these bases both flat on the plate and angled on a platform.

The ones flat on the build plate "squished" - the file is 2mm tall on the Z axis but they ended up printing a little under 1.5mm tall and the inserts were extra shallow as a result.

The ones printed at an angle ended up curved and thus don't lie flat.

Ideas to fix either or both?

Brains trust, I need help.
I've had my Photon-S for a few months. All my prints have been going really well up until today. I havent used it in a week and last week I did a bunch of printable and one 1 out of the 6 I did had to be redone due to failure to adhere.
My settings are as follows:

.025 layer height
8 bottom layers
120s bottom layer exposure time
12.5s layer exposure time
1.5s light off

I have had 9 failures today alone.
I have tried using different files, I've tried using different settings by playing with shorter or longer exposure times, different layer counts, I replaced the FEP film after my 3rd failure, I've re-leveled and re Z=0 the plate with each failure, I've heated the resin and plate up with a hair dryer to make sure they are correct temp, I was previously using Monocure Rapid Clear and had excellent results with it, so I switched back and used my original settings, but it's now still sticking to the FEP film 100% of the time.

I went on the github page for the photon and went through every item on the "print sticking to FEP film" checklist and it should all be fine in theory.
I've added a video showing the movement of the printer, when it rises it looks like the print is stuck to the FEP film before its pulled off (you can hear it with sound on).
I'm at a loss as to what is causing it.
