Dear all thanks for letting me in! Im not new to 3D printing, but my Photon is just 1 week old and I tried to print today :) Unfortunately without success. I made the calibration, but what Ive got from the model was, just the base :) As a nube I did over filled my tray with maroon resin but other than that I think i did ok...Please suggest how should I approach? I load the obj into Print Studio and from there I load it and slice it in Photon... Thanks Gogo

Been running into an issue with leveling think someone can help?

I got my new Anycubic Photon yesterday. (after the last one broke after 3 days) Since I have gotten it I have yet to successfully print anything, past the first few layers.

I will do the leveling, get it all set up, set the z=o, and we'll look like it's starting to work, fast forward a few hours when I'm actually able to see underneath the bill play for the first time and it will reveal that nothing is printing. Can anybody come up with any suggestions as to what I should do to fix this because this is the third time it's happened today alone.

2 attempts at this print but splits on different parts. Any suggestions? I've tried light supports first (bottom) then switched to heavy supports. Split worse for some reason doing that.

Hello, ive been lurking here for a bit trying to pick up tips. First question, here goes...
I just got a photon delivered thru amazon. So im able to just return if this is actually an issue. If its actually just dumb my apologies. :D
The screen has styrofoam in it. Ive contacted support to see whats up. Maybe an easy take apart and remove? But doesnt seem like i should have to do that...
Theres also a hair behind the screen inside the vat. Same thing, i can feel it behind the plastic membrane.
The touch screen seems less an issue but im wondering if the one inside the vat is more of a problem. I was unable to get a good pic of the vat. Seems to be a hair or something. And another little bump.
Instructions say make sure its clear of dust so im thinking if the 2K LCD screen has slight bumps then thats no good.
Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.
