Zortrax Inkspire, nearly £2k in UK , build plate same size as Photon, funky ( to some maybe ) colour, sorry mate I can get 6 more Photons for that outlay, I want a larger build area not a glorified version of what I already have

I officially give up on chitubox! Yet another failed print! Now on 1/30 have actually printed more than the supports (heavy) which is a pretty pathetic number of success! File validated fine yet just supports printed again! Argh

Tried all sorts of variations of settings and it just does not print properly. Back to photon slicer which I at least get some prints working from!

Ok, been able to troubleshoot most of my issues but this one has me a bit stumped. So the print seemed ok except for the heel, but there are all these weird artifacts up and down the supports. Also some of the supports randomly failed and then there is this weird mess at the bottom of the vat at the end.

I had just replaced the FEP due to a small puncture, everything was clean and tight. Just releveled and reprinted a smaller print and was even worse, but more of the same. Did a quick exposure test and seems ok.

Any ideas what's going on here?

Hi guys, Im looking for some help.

I am trying to print something but out of the blue at 2% the printer just turns off and a couple seconds later on.

I have tried reseting it with the update but when I try to, it only said "Some firmware will not update"

Please help

So after the test print I've had 4 failed prints in a row, I'm staying as calm as possible. All have gotten stuck to the fep and nothing on the plate. I leveled the plate with both the paper and Flint Reed method and still get the same outcome. The plate is leveled, not skewed. I shake the resin and start warming up the room 30 minutes before printing. I'm pretty sure my room is around 70 to 75 farenheit. So any help would be grateful. My settings for the file is .05mm, 8 sec exposure, 8 bottom layers, 50 sec for bottom layers, 4.5 sec off time, using the green resin. I ran the file through the File Validator and got 4 unsupported islands, tried fixing but nothing could be done. I'm a newb and I know I'm missing something but can't quite figure it out. I can answer questions but bear with me because I'm unsure what certain settings do.

Need help all: why is my LCD failing so early? Less than a month use. It works when started up. (The photo on the right was taken after a reboot and after the photo taken on the left.) But fails in a while with the machine on. I guess I had to replace it. But I want to know what caused this. Much appreciated!
