Just got my Photon and managed to get two great prints. But on my third print, the 'build plate' moved into the resin... and the motor started to make a strained sound. I stopped the print and tried to move it back up. Unfortunately it wont move. Tried 10mm, 1mm as well as 0.1mm movement. I've turned off the power, turned it back on and it still wont move. Is this a common/known problem I can handle myself or something I'll need to go through support with?

Hi! I have a few questions for you, photoners :D Print on photos is 0,05 layer with Harz Labs Model Cherry, 15s layer, 3s off, 8 base layers@120s. Print base is some 9cm long and 5.5 across. Is there a way to avoid this "wood grain" texture? I know I should not print flat, but needed quick print, even at the cost of quality, also sometimes horizontal parts are hard to avoid almost every time part of the base do not stick to the table. What I can do to remedy that? In general, what can be done to make print better(except layer thickness? 翻譯年糕

Monocure rapid resin 3dgrey. So far I'm not impressed.

Shaking the crap out of the bottle for every use.

Just dnt like the results.

Printing again using stock anycubic resin green.

The printing gods must be displeased today. Not once, but TWICE I had the same print killed by power outages. Both times when more than 50% done. Grrrr.

So im still not having any luck now with my photon. It is at 1% and when it tries to lift between layers the printer just shuts off/restarts. Ive had many successful prints, and then out of nowhere this starts. Ive heard firmware update, power supply issue, re- z=0, faulty usb plug, format fat32 your usb. ive heard it all. so which one is it?

so I'm getting some very nice detail when printing minis, but I did see someone post this same mini and somehow had even more detail on it. What could I tweak to increase the level on the tiny details? Using Elegoo Grey, .04mm height, 12 seconds, 6 bottom layers at 55 seconds (not sure why I'm including this, adhesion is no problem at all but whatever) Am I over or under exposing a tad possibly? 1st pic is mine, second is the print from someone else, and better photo aside, you can see he has a little bit greater detail. So I can't figure out to get that little extra bit he is getting....please help!
