Has anyone had a machine fail out of the box? M400 or M111000 error? I have tried a couple of sticks, should I try to switch out the USB cable?

Ok so at work. Tried to take the best photos I could.

Getting closer to detail but still getting fine detail lines and I feel the detail could still be better.

Has anyone struggled with the monocure3d rapid grey resin. The stock resin worked great and pulled amazing prints I'm struggling to find a good setting.

So, I was printing a model, about 6 inches by 2 inches. Basically a hollowed out cylinder shaped spaceship
And about 1/3rd of the way in the Z axis just stopped raising.

I dont think it got stuck, because the rest of it lifted off the base without issue when I manually raised the Z axis.

Any ideas what might cause this and how to avoid in future?

Well after actually putting my proper printer into Chitubox and getting some help from the good people on here also managing to get my head around the supports i think ive dialled it in to get decent results.

Now to finish off my Green resin that came with printer and onto my Anycubic grey. ( Settings if anyone has used on photon s would be appreciated)
