Ok after about 6 months of printing now this happens. No matter what color no matter what settings....any ideas? This is what on the build plate and a no print. Or when it doesn't do this it sticks this square is on the fep.

Photon just got delivered by UPS. First thing I noticed while un-packaging was there is a ~5mm x 5mm scratch that takes a right angle on the LCD (not the FEP). Seems to project the rectangle pattern fine...

Is it going to cause issues?

How would you set up (orientation) this object for printing? Lean 45 deg and also tilt 45 deg? Print on supports or flat on the build plate? I'm looking to minimize banding and get the best dimensional accuracy as I can.

Tallest print yet, 145mm, got to love this printer, 10hr print, 15min of bathing and sanding and I have something that looks and feels bought. Now just time to final cure. Fits like an absolute glove too. Going to fill in some support marks and plastidip in black for that factory look and feel. Thanks Matt Tilson for the suggestion.
