Can't get firmware to update to 4.2.17. Anyone else have this issue or can provide insight? Tried 3 times. Following Anycubics instructions.

I'm still waiting to hear back from tech support, so I made a video to send them. Anyone else seen this issue?

Is there a way to use the Photon LED lights for curing a part after you've cleaned it? I'd like to just put my part back in on a little curing stand or a rubbermaid container or something...

Anyone know where one can obtain additional machine scews for the vat frame? Anyone know the size of them?

Hey guys, I've been struggling really hard with small but simple prints. I'm still a newbie regarding resin prints. Any beginner advice is appreciated!

I've printed the yelling beard statue earlier without any problems, but printing a small piece like this (see picture) always ends up in a failure.

It prints the supports, but the main object sticks to the vat.
Does anyone know what my newbie mistake is?
The buildplate should be leveled correctly. I printed 2 yelling beards earlier, now I releveled it just in case and the current yelling beard print makes satisfying FEP pop sounds so far.

The supports are automatic light supports cause the object is small. I hope that's not a logic error?

Resin: anycubic green.

Thanks a lot!

I just got my Photon and there’s good news and bad news.

Good news is that I got the test cube to print just fine.

Bad news is that I tried to print a HeroForge mini and it turned into something ungodly on the printer. I used settings found in the google sheet examples in ChiTuBox V1.4.0.

Based on what I do for FDM printing, I rotated mini back 45 degrees, added a raft and did auto supports. I’m also using the original thumb drive.

How many places did this noob screw up?

Another completed D&D miniature, a Bugbear, sculpted by Duncan.

My first print of him didn't feel seven feet tall but did take up an entire 25mm base. I stretched this print to 135% of height and a 120% of depth and width using Chitubox and placed him on a Citadel 32mm base.

Need to keep my printer outdoors and safe cause family needed a place to stay (rip printer room).

But I live in South Florida. Its hot and humid. Ideas that arent crazy expensive? Gogogogo!

Does anyone have any suggestion what might be going on with this? It's a flat model that I printed laying flat on the bed. It is as if it just didn't print the last mm or so. I thought it could possibly be the AA that messed it up, so I turned that down a bit and printed another one, but it came out exactly the same. I might expect a bit of banding at the top area if it is flat, but I am not sure why it is just not printing it at all. Any ideas? I would like to be able to keep this flat, if possible. Since it gives a very nice flat back, and it prints so much faster than if you angle it.
