Alright guys I need you help. My photon has not been printing. At first I though it was because I was printing too big of things but now the resin isn't even on the slab. I have the first set at 85 seconds for the base and then 8.5 to 9 seconds for everything else. I have the the plate to its zero and just recently relocated the printer to a cooler darker part of my house but I have gotten nothing from it. Pleases help.

My AA experiences:

I was really hopeful for this update, as it sounded great. However ever since, rounded shapes on my prints have rather visible and annoying layers on the top, regardless of orientation (i.e.: vertical to the build plate and parallel to the build plate as well), and this was something I did not experience with the base firmware I got with the Photon. The print lines are still visible, and I'm kind of at a lost what it could cause them, and will just sand then whenever needed.

I'll downgrade my firmware and try to print the same mini for a comparison.

So my first photon print went out as a dud. ? The file I used was the one below, but I did not use any supports at all and I used the green any cubic resin that comes with the printer.

On my prusa she prints fine without any supports whatsoever and printed straight up with no lean. All that was in the photon at the end of the print was her base which had popped off the build tray - and nothing else. It looks like it made it through a few layers then came off the build plate. To calibrate the 0 layer I used the technique where the resin vat was in the photon (not the paper layer Height method) and you adjust it snug and then back it off 0.3mm to set up the print bed. Exposure time 8 seconds at 0.05 layer height. Thoughts/Help welcome!

The flexibility of Elegoo resin is actually pretty decent compared to the stock Anycubic. This is stock Elegoo white, cured in a UV chamber for about 10 mins and primed.
