So i have been having issues with my photon for some time now. I was printing fine with a couple of different resins then half way through one print it failed and i have not been able to get a successful print since. I keep just getting a thin sliver on the FEP.
I have tried leveling it various amounts, changed my FEP and tuned it correctly, tried longer bottom layer exposures, and just tried a new USB and still no luck.
I'm running out of ideas, any help would be great.

hello all. does anyone know any basic reason a print would print the supports but not the mini? I'm using AC green.
layer 0.05, norm expo = 10, off 6.5, bottom expo 60. bottom layer 8

Part 1 of a 4 piece print. I love how the supports just fall off after the IPA bath. Just a few nugs to trim.sand before a100% cure.

Oh no! ? Apparently I destroyed my poor little photon. I hit up on the Z and it hit max for a few seconds before I could cancel it. That’s all she wrote. Now it won’t move up or down at all on its own. Anyone got tips for replacements?

Update: So the stepper doesn’t even attempt to move. No click or whir or anything. The screw still moves freely by hand but that’s it. The screen and software all seem fine. Do you think my board went or my stepper? ? Any videos or forums on how to would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Update: so I ran a print without the head or tub and it looks like the screen isn’t lighting any more either. I’m leaning towards a smoked board. I’m so ready break down. Three seconds and the things is smoked!? Damn the luck.

Update: IT LIVES! Resetting the eeproms brought it back to life. Everything seems to be working fine. ?? Github has an excellent article on everything Photon including the process for resetting eeproms. Thank you all for helping.

Update of my enclosure setup. With this respirator filter there is significantly less smell when door is open. No exhaust ventilation, air is circulating inside.
