Hey.
I wanted tonask if someone could maybe identify and give me a hint on what is going wrong with my print.

Printing with Anycubic Green at the moment with 10sec @ 0.05.

All the supports are heavy.
No problems with the validator.

Hi, first time posting in this forum. Pretty new to resin printing, and absolutely loving the Photon. Newbie question: Should I change the FEP film now? It's a bit scratched/cloudy as you can see. Do you guys change it as soon as it shows any signs of scratches/cloudiness? Thanks

My photon horror stories so far I bought this off Amazon on Jan 5th, 2019 the test cube failed in the middle didn't print the left side of the plate never prints. I read all the information on the photonsters GitHub I've tried everything really everything I would have to set my times to 25+ and 100 to get anything halfway to come out and that was with the green resin that came with the Photon and Monocure clear and nothing still will print on the left side.
so I let it stay parked for a month + and read and watched everything I could find. I did the resin test last night and of course, the left side didn't print the test didn't really print out that good at all compared to the youtube video. So I went to level the vat again I could do this in my sleep I've done it so much lol.
I noticed that my Z was really wobbly so I took it apart to fix it following the anycubic video and that didn't do anything so then I noticed the nut that's in the head block has way to much slop in it (video in the post). Then I looked at the rail mount (photos in this post) and they are not square. so now I have to make something to fix this problem. Has anyone checked thiers?
I've been waiting on the parts anycubic said they were sending me last year to fix my i3 mega (pic in the post). maybe they will see this post and can help me with my problems.
I need to buy a large bed FDM printer. I use them to make my living just like most of us on here. I was looking at the Chiron but look at the luck I've had with this company idk if I should or look at a different company?
Sorry for the long post but maybe someone has some answers to my problems or anycubic will really help me this time?

Hi i bought my anycubic photon off amazon today, i set the z axis height as it said in the instructions and now my z-axis, fan, and uv plate dont work. any ideas or help would stop me ripping my hair out. thanks

any perticular reason why a (quite thick) film of semy cured resin would set on the bottom of the vat on the FEP but not get stuck to it and be in the exact shape of the LED light? i swear it got thicker overtime since i left the printer sitting for a month or so now..... the resin in the vat was anycubic green that gave me some issues in the past similar to this, but i at that point assumed it was due to print failure or some sort but now im starting to think its something else
any1 got any insight or ideas about it?
