Hi, anybody knows how to make the photon a bit more dimensional accurate. I have about 0.3-0.4 bigger parts on X and Y direction, no big difference with exposure time from 8-15 sec

So I've put together a .photon file in Chitubox, sliced it, saved it. It's 64mb.

Drop it into the file Validator, and it just comes up saying "Complete". No option to scan for fixes or anything. Seems to be a consistent problem with files over 60 or so MB.

Any ideas?

Anyone know how easy it is to make the Photon a bit quiter the fan noise is really loud. Tempted to remove the ventilation fan(one inside the printer between the print area and bottom compartment) as that seems to be the loud one. Seen a few people do it but unsure if it will cause any issues with the printer.

Does anyone else have constant issues with Anycubic grey resin not printing properly? I have not had the issue with any other resin than the AC grey.... failed prints all the time or half failed prints, switch up to elegoo grey or ac clear green and no issues at all!

Also for sphere connection tips (in chitubox 1.4) what settings are people using for them? I did a full bed print of 5 models yesterday and got one successful print, the rest were all half printed or with loads of flat bits (pretty sure there were enough supports, only difference between this and my normal settings was swapping to sphere tips).

Thanks in advance for any help!

One of my first successful prints from design concept. A forklift I based on an early model 1970’s Toyota. The decal designs of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) was something I knocked up as something to do, to give the machine some character. Scale is 7mm scale (1:43.5).
