When I purchased my Photon I also bought some ELEGOO LCD UV 405nm Rapid Resin from Amazon. The bottle however says 'Standard' on it. Bearing in mind it takes 17s for 50um layers, that is far slower than other resins. Is there a standard and rapid resin? Have I been sold the wrong type?

Hey everyone,

I've used up all the anycubic green that comes with the photon and now I'm looking to purchase some more.

I'm torn between Dragon Resin and Monocure. Probably 90% of my prints will be small and basic geometric shapes but will have internal holes that measure approximately 0.3mm x 1mm and need to be dimensionally accurate to about 0.05mm

If anyone could share their experiences with either of these resins when printing negative spaces that would be greatly appreciated ?

So I was running a test to check the best orientation for this STL, had 3 of each of these orientations, and they each printed out like this. Any idea what caused the weirdness on all the straight ones?

Hey guys, looking for some help if anyone can..
Just received the photon s and attempted to level but despite how much I tighten the grub screw the build plate still has lots of movement..

Any ideas how to remedy this or is it faulty and should return?

Hi, Im totally new in this. I bought my photon today and tested my first print. As I expected, I had some problems. It didnt print anything, I think it only frame a layer on the film. I used the default chitubox anycubic photon settings. Someone know what the problem could be???

Sorry about bothering you guys/gals again, but I'm having trouble getting things to print.

The base supports are not sticking to the Z base and making it fall into the vat before it's done printing. I have changed the vat bottom and cleaned the uv screen and the Z base, but it's still falling and messing up the prints.

I'm using the anycubic resin(green)

Please help.
