Hey guys. I'm really getting desperate here. I can't get a perfect print like i've seen you guys do. I always get random layer lines. I've checked a couple of similar post but i couldn't get an answer yet.

What i've done.
- Make sure every screw on the printer is well tightened specially the base plate, rail, motor and lead screw nut
- Lead screw is clean and greased
- FEP is tightened between 350hz and 375hz
I wanted to try and tighten the eccentric screw but i can't. I tried using a hot air gun but it doesn't move.

I think this might be related to the Z-Axis stability. Do you think twin linear rails upgrade will resolve this? Any chance i can do it without messing with the original rail (i'm almost certain i'll screw it up in the process)?

Ugh. Last night I had a print going overnight for 9 hours to wake up and hear “beep beep beep” and print at 92% complete... T_88 error... reboot try to re print = T_100 error.. looks like I need to open machine up and check cable? I didn’t install any new firmware etc (including recent AA thing).. going to look this afternoon if machine shipped with appropriate size Allen screw or whatever to open the bottom up and check the lcd ribbon connection. When running the UV test instead of getting a strip of light around screen the entire screen lights up? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I’ve only had my machine for 2 months or so and haven’t used it a whole heck of a lot since. Was about to message support before moving on further

I've found on eBay a bottle of Anycubic Maroon (500gr) for 20€. I've mixed it with some of my AC grey resin and worked great...But to me this resins seems a little bit to watery to work well alone. Any direct experience with this resin?

1:48 F-105G nose cone. Pixelation is far less pronounced, though there appears to be some weird ‘ghosting‘ around some of the detail on one side. See last pic.

0.03mm layers

Anycubic black
6 sec exposure
10x base layer @ 100sec exposure
Cleaned & rinsed in IPA
Dried with high pressure air
Post cured 3 mins in UV
Coat of Tamiya rattle can primer.

Hi all! I'm here because i'm thinking to buy a photon soon but i have some question if you can help me!
I want to buy for making miniature and accessory. I already have 2 3d printer: chinese prusa and cr10s pro so i'm not soo new on 3d printer.
I read around web the resin have a bad smell and this stopped me because i want to put it in my room and some time i have my 6 months old baby here with me and i don't want to use something toxic.
Another question, what is the prince difference on print? i see resin cost around 4x pla but i don't know the resin usage when you print something, if is 100% infill (normally i use 5% on pla print).
