Hi all so I have a question. I'm trying to print an articulated piece and It seems to always fill the hole I made. It's a simple shaft collar.
Shaft is 5mm diamater.
Collar is 7mm diamater.
It seems to over cure the area and it causes the shaft to seize and not be articulated.

First, thanks for the add! Second, I’m either thinking of getting the Elegoo Mars or Anycubic Photon (or Photon S) as my first resin printer. I have a Creality CR-10s FDM already. Anyone have experience with both the Mars and Photon? What are the pros and cons of each. I realize this is a Photon group so answers may be a little biased ? .

Weird noise always when I turn on my printer. If I keep it working for 1 min, turn off and turn on again the noise stops. It happens every day when I turn it on for the first time.

My Updated Chitubox support settings, its a general case use setup, I print mostly big items on Photon and Moai.
You can use this as a starting base and adjust for your own requirements.

Hi, i have printed this voxelized octopus and i think it looks pretty cool. But i have noticed that the voxels/blocks or how to call it are kind of rounded on the edges.
Is this a sign for over or under exposure, or normal with the photon?

Still experimenting with the Photon and around half way through the green resin that came with it. Spent more time removing the support than it took to print. The Photon slicer was used for slicing. Will try ChiTuBox slicer next time. The new Photon S slicer has some catching up to do it seems. Still alot to learn from this amazing fb group!
