So in making a UV bucket to cure the resin after printing, does it really matter much if the UV LED's are in a single spiral pattern on the inside of the bucket versus taking extra time and effort to make them into rings and solder them all together? Does it really matter if I put a rotating solar powered platform in the bottom if I do a spiraling pattern?

Hi all, I work in a research lab and we have had our Anycubic Photon printer for only a few days and now the Z axis will not move, the LCD screen does not come on when performing the UV exposure test, and the fans do not come on at startup. After some google searches, I’ve found that this seems to be a fairly common problem. I just contacted the company but have yet to respond.

Does anyone have any wisdom to share? I just joined this group, so even directing me to another post would be helpful!

Thank you too all members who suggested cleaning the ball joint on the build plane. Mine was dirty dirty and is now residing in a bucket of IPA as a precursor to a good clean up

The bad news is the only size hex key I do not have is the one that unscrews the ball joint - typical

Can anyone confirm what size it is please?
