Does anyone know a good tutorial for making supports with meshmishier for sla/dlp printers?

I’m having failed prints where only a couple of items printing print. The screen shows all the items being processed but only a few actually show up. It’s a stock photon using stock setting in the slicer for the green resin that comes with it.

Those of you who've made a 3D printed mold, do you need to coat the mold with release agent before making your pour, or does a two part resin not bond to cured UV resin?
