How can I keep this piece from warping? The white PLA version is laying nice and flat.

Elegoo grey resin, cured 5 min under UV light.

Update: In the hour since I took that photo, the piece has warped MORE.

Even with several drain holes on a hollowed model I can still hear a pop noise when each layer is raised from the FEP as though it is sticking. Does this mean I should lower my exposure time or is it something I shouldn't worry about?

Great little trick I've found to fill up drain holes.

Rip a small square of tissue (6mm sq), soak with resin and tease into hole with "pointy" stick until you have a dip - fill the dip with resin and cure with a UV Torch (mini one from a 5 second glue repair kit).

You can then sand back.
