2 prints in a row, there have been a small amount of resin on the right edge of the lcd. Under the fep! Filled the vat with soap water and left on a bucket overnight, but then there was no leakage. Can anyone here help me troubleshoot? The fep sounds like a snare drum, so i believe that is tightened correct?

I find myself always having to skip the outer 3 blocks in the slicer, because if i try and print there it just wont make the supports well. From the bottom layers up it just doesnt make the supports.

I know you have to be carefull around the edges, but does everyone have it this much? I mean, its like half the build plate.

Problems i can think of:
-the LCD power is decreasing from the outside in
-FEP tension maybe?
-shouldnt be a curved build plate because it used to print fine. Also its leveled absolutely fine, im sure of that.

Also, i feel like its getting worse and worse.
