Hey all, does anyone happen to know what stepper motor is being used in the Photon? I was thinking about trying to upgrade it for better z control. Also has anyone looked into upgrading the LED into an array? (Without having to boost power input)

Hi, this problem is happening when it is large parts areas. the basecoat exposure is 8 layers with 70 seconds. Please, I would like some help. and sorry for the muito bad english.

Hey guys, quick question. Would the support bases hanging over the edges hurt at all? I have a pretty full plate and this was the only way that I could make it fit, but I don't want to waste resin on something that will fail. Thank you!

Prints came out perfect despite the raft coming loose from the plate. Got these prints after tuning the FEP sheet... Turns out I'm running it a bit loose all these while lol

OK went through a ton of posts here and would like a recommendation on Resin.

I got great results out of the bottle that came with the printer. Every print was crisp and the green was nice and clear. I also bought a 1l bottle of (what was supposed to be) the same green and had nothing but issues with it. I had more failed prints then ever and had to cook thee crap out of it to make anything print. Lets say the QC on that bottle was horrible.
I also bought the Elegoo Grey. Almost every print came out great. The resin is pretty hard. But the details are very soft. I reduce the exposure times until the print fails and then add a second and the details are still soft.

I am looking for recommendations on New resin.
Must be Available in the US (prefer Amazon)
Must be printable for minis. I want crisp details that this printer is capable of and I know it can do.

Please post a picture of a mini using the resin and your settings for that mini with any recommendations.

I love this group and look forward to hearing what you recommend and seeing your amazing models.
