so thoughts isopropyl alcohol vs white spirit, i've had some great results with white spirits over night in a heated vat and a final boil clean but i've heard good things about isopropyl alcohol what are peoples thoughts ?

Hello,

I received my photon 2 weeks ago. Leveled it, let the origin FEP, new quality USB key, etc.
All seems fine (except a problem with the calibration matrix (see picture 1), but, because my test print was good (see picture 2), I thought it was a problem with the file.

Today, made a first print with the calibration matrix (see picture 1), Anycubic Clear, 0.03mm/8/12/80/1/0, all fine (except the bug again on the matrix).
Second print, the base is ok, but after few millimeters, the print is stopped (and 3 millimeter of resin stay glued on the FEP.
I tried to remove it but scratched hardly the FEP.
I had bought a HD127 FEP from FEPShop, so it’s was a good occasion to install it.
I followed the video tutorial from Anycubic (with the bottle cap), I don’t found any protection film on this FEP (if you compare with the second FEP delivered with the photon where the protection film is very fat), leveled hard (maybe too tight ?), and printed the matrix.

MIRACLE, the bug on the matrix has disappeared (see picture 3), but the matrix is pout and like “compressed”, too thin regarding my other test, and the Ameralabs Town (see picture 4) has stopped after few millimeters (and printing line are big/fat, like compressed to, too mush for a 0.25nm print), the rest is on the FEP… again :( .

So, any idea ? too strong leveling ? protection film on the FEP ?

This morning, I did a short 40 min print to test out a new white anycubic resin. I didn't get to remove the print until 2 hours later and the resin had cured in the bath, a full layer on the FEP and another layer on the print bed. The prints were ruined as they they were covered in cured resin also. I had a black sheet over the printer to prevent any UV from getting through. It's also in a cabinet. I didn't have any problems with the green. I got a black 500ml at the same time and there was a cured layer under the cap. Are these bad batches or is that normal?
