having great luck with the Anycubic Orange.

The key for me after every print, reset the platform z height. I can get away with .05 layers mutliple prints, but anything below I need to reset the Z-hieght, which only takes a minute. The resin has been in the vat for a few weeks - I just stir it, add a bit more and go. I also put on a mask and put my ear really close the first few layers to ensure I'm hearing the snap of the print pulled off the vat. If it doesn't, I scratch the print.... which doesn't happen often.

This print was my longest yet (roughly 15 hours) using the above settings. Note: I only angled the print about 25 degrees... it was putting too many supports at 45. I also added four drain holes in meshmixer when hollowing:

Did anyone print molds in resin to cast flexible materials like Silicone or Urethane rubber? Did you print them flat on the plate or with an angle and tons of supports? Any tips on sealing the surface if using Urethane Rubber for casting?

Having trouble. Printed these parts in that exact orientation off the build plate, no supports. FTD Industrial Black. Next two times running this print half way through it pulled off my plate and stuck to the FEP film. I changed film. Flint Read leveled my plate. Increased my bottom exposure to 250 seconds. 8 bottom layers. .05mm layer. 10 sec normal exposure. 1.5 off time. Still does the same thing. Not sure what to do.... Any help?

Been thinking i pretty much exclusively use 0.02 layers from day 1 however i see alot of people using .025 am i pushing it too much? Would i get better results from .025?
