Hello everyone,

I discovered this group like a couple of days ago and already read lots of useful stuff...Thanks to all...

I need help about an issue: i finished around 2.5 bottles (around 1,5 Liters) of ANYCUBIC resin on my photon without any problems and got great prints.

Now i had a different brand resin, e-sun general purpose resin and failing prints since then...
Main difference of e-sun resin is its viscosity. E-sun has 100-150 mPa-s viscosity value which is much more fluid/liquid compared to ANYCUBIC resin.
So i am guessing thats the problem.
I played around with print settings, increased and decreased base times, exposure times etc. but no luck. Print don't stick to plate or half stick on plate half stick on FEP etc...
I can see most of users have 0,05mm as layer thickness, i always printed with 0,1mm since the begining.
My fep is new and no protective cover on it.

Any idea/advice will be much appreciated.

Believe it or not, I am actually looking for a white resin that DOES go slightly yellow once cured. Any suggestions?

Hey all, I was curious. Has anyone experimented with a heated build chamber for their photon to assist in minimizing part shrinkage? This week my print have been successful but my supports seem to be stress snapping in process which I believe is due to shrinkage form the lower ambient temperature.

Uhhh... Plate too low? Tested the 50 micron... Anycubic Black resin. Edit: I relevelled the plate and still got the same result on 25,50, and 100 micro?

Any advice appreciated, this is the exposure test, there literally no negative space.

I've seen many instances here of a damaged FEP leaking resin onto the LCD screen and ruining it. Would it be OK to just lay (or tape) a second layer of FEP film over top of the LCD, to protect it? Anybody here already doing that? I also saw some people applying tempered glass screen protectors but it seems like the FEP idea would be simpler and possibly cheaper (and you need spares on hand anyway).
