Help. I don't know why this is happening. My prints are coming out all messed up and flat. Never had this problem. Also, I am getting strings of resin on the plate. See pictures. Any help is appreciated.

Was just curious what people are doing here to make successful prints despite environmental issues. The person I live with won't allow the photon in the house, due to the smell, and the garage where I keep it gets down to 38 degrees F. If it has to be there and print overnight, there must be options to still create a successful print.

Is the Formware 3D slicer software worth the the cost? Is it the same difference as comparing simplify3D to Cura for Fdm printers? The features seem like they would be very handy to have in one application instead of having 3 or 4 open...

Hi guys. Had the Photon a couple of days now and had some great results. I've been on this group a few weeks already too so I have picked up a few tips. I've run into a stumbling block though. Please review the attached images, I'm not having any success getting this to stick to the build plate direct, surely there is enough surface area for it to stick and hold? Any suggestions?

Currently just tried: 8 initial layers at 100 then remaining at 20 with 0.05mm height.

I seem to be left with a 1mm print in the bottom of my resin bath so it must start ok then loose it a little bit into the print.

Does anyone know something about the photon-s. What is new with it. I really want to get a photon but if the photon-s comes out i think im gonna buy that one.

Setup my Photon today and here is the results of my first print. The model is Torre De Belem from Thingiverse printed in 3 sizes (Z= 30mm, 40mm, 50.8mm) in the same run using Anycubic clear. Settings were layer hight 0.05mm, exposure time/bottom layer of 8s and the default time for light off delays.

Overall very happy with my first print, but I could use some guidance on some overhangs that should not be there. The 30mm size print only has a little, but the bigger ones have this more pronounced. Any ideas on how to eliminate this? They were printed on the build plate with no supports.
