Scratch build plate...worth sanding or just replace? If replace where can I get one...just anycubic?

Print was stuck on great! Broke my scrapper trying to get it off...ended up having to pry off...looking back should have just place it in hot water or something.

Guys, first print after the test print and nothing is sticking to the platform, and I get a rectangular layer of hardened resin sticking to the bottom of the FEP. Any ideas welcome

Off the printer today - 1/35 scale, 500 gal. collapsible fuel drums (aka "blivets").

Elegoo standard gray,.02 layers, 8 bottom layers at 40s, 9.5s normal exposure, 6.5s off time. Manual supports added with B9, hollowed (2mm thick walls) and vent holes (3 x 4mm dia)added with 3D Builder, sliced with CTB 1.3.

The faceted artifacts are because I used TinkerCad to design the object, but those will smooth out with just a couple swipes with some 400 grit wet-or-dry sand paper.

I'm really loving this thing!

I've designed a heater mount inspired by Robert Silvers' similar heater mount. My version screws into the spot where the factory build chamber fan goes, so the fan has to be removed. I used scissors to cut halfway through the carbonized foam so that the heater wires could pass through and the foam could semi seal the electronics from the build chamber. I had to bend the tabs where the power wires for the heater jut out to get it to fit. During the install I found that routing the power wires between the wall of the build chamber and the heater mount was a real pain in the butt so I altered the design by cutting a slot for the wires to pass through to make that easy. I've had this printer for a week. After one failed print using the paper leveling method, I've had all successes after doing it the "Flint Read" method (carefully).

I'm just here to say... I LOVE THIS PRINTER!
