Hey guys, sorry for the noob question, I zoomed through the files on the page and couldn't see anything relating to tiny prints.

I'm looking at trying to print some pretty small earrings (roughly 4mm x 17mm/ 5mm x 23mm). I'm using the green resin that comes with the printer too.

So i'm wondering, has anyone printed this small? or what is the smallest print you've succesfully gotten from the printer.

And settings wise, do they only change depending on the type of resin you're using or do they also change for the size of the print?

I'm brand new to the Photon. I printed my first couple of prints and I think the post-processing isn't nailed down. I'm getting very inconsistent finishes... take a look.

The one on the left has a smooth finish, but it has a couple of small patches that look wet (I printed it a few days ago). Printed at only 5 degrees (the back looks terrible) with default Anycubic Slicer medium support. IPA for 1-2 mins, cured for 3 mins.

The one on the right looks so different, it's matte and almost silky like velvet. Printed at 40 degrees with default Anycubic Slicer heavy support. IPA for 2-3 mins, cured for 3 mins.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what may be happening here? Thanks!

Okay, prints are great, but noticed movement in build plate. Exactly as described in this video... Any ideas, suggestions?

Just for Poops n Laughs, I printed this Ameralabs Calibration piece. And the photo doesn't do it justice. Under magnification, I am amazed at the clarity of detail... WOW.

Hey all,

I'm finding my unpainted prints are suffering badly from UV exposure, but I love the translucent resin effect. Does anyone know of a (gloss) clear varnish I could use to UV stabilise my prints but still leave them looking like resin?

(AU based, so Amazon isn't a great option for me)

Any 3D printer suggestion?
Hi everyone. I've read lot of posts in this group about our beloved Anycubic Photon. Yeah I love it too. But it seems to have lots of bugs and fail.
I'm planning on buying a 3D printer to replace the Moonray S that I'm sharing with my friend. Well I don't want to give advertise about Moonray but it's very reliable. Never have any fail with it. But it have 2 problems:
- XY resolution is only 100micron. I want 75 or smaller.
- Price is very high, like 10 time of Anycubic photon.
I'm printing dental and jewelry. Can you guy help with suggestion?
