I have tried everything to get these suckers to print correctly, hollow, solid, flat, angled, supports, no supports (the directions said to print flat on bed, no supports, which also failed). Here is the last set-up I tried, and the only ones that printed are the pin, and the one on front right. The others failed at different points in the printing. All the other pieces from the model have printed. I am using Monocure Gunmetal Grey. Should I just give up on it?

So first thing, I'm a noob at the while resin world so if you know of a guide please point me in the right way. Been reading on here trying new things.

What does it mean with you get a layer to stick but nothing else happens?

I have tried releveling, but hasn't help.

The green groot was my most successful attempt...learned about support. Tried different things keep ending up scraping a section off the FEP paper or off the top.

It's any cubic clear, .035 layer, 16 sec dwell, 5 bottom

Thanks for any help!

Anyone use an Ultrasonic cleaner? I am reading that using IPA with a heated one can result in fire, anyone use one? Non-heated ultrasonic cleaner? Looking for recommendation. I hear shaking your model and brushing it in IPA is nothing compared to using an ultrasonic cleaner.

When you change the FEP sheet, is there a protective layer on the surface?

After changing the FEP screen and successfully printing, ran out of resin and noted the screen was torn but there was another layer underneath. Removed the top layer and refilled resin but noted a tiny leak.

Asking for a friend ;)
