Trying Meshmixer tree supports. I had two problems.

One was that the veins were too close to the part - not on the contact area, but on the trunk. Any idea how I can make a larger offset? There is no documentation for the settings.

Also, it put support even if there was a 0.3mm shelf. The support did more harm than good. How can I tell it to ignore features smaller than 0.5mm?

I'm getting more comfortable in Chitubox. I also use MeshMixer. Has anyone found a huge advantage of one over the other?

So glad I joined this group have had only 2 issues since purchasing and the solutions have been provided on this group almost immediately. Not forgetting the excellent customer support I got from any cubic. Thanks everyone

I have now used the photon since May, and thought I could share some pictures of my setup. I have been doing quite a few changes to it, but I now have a setup and routine that works good for my needs.

I have gathered everything related to the Photon in a closed cabinet which means that all the mess stays inside here and is easy to clean up. I also have a small fan connected to the cabinet that pulls air directly outside.

I have mounted a LED lamp in the ceiling of the cabinet, and made a simple mechanism that turns the light off when the door is closed so I don't forget to do that.

I mainly use the Photon for scale modeling.
I hope some of my solutions here might be used as an inspiration for someone out there.

Success! Not giving up is awesome. The clear one looks thinner, which I am not sure is not an optical illusion or a settings problem. This is what got this result: LT: .05. NET: 18 OT: 2 BET: 120 BL: 8. What setting if any would make it thicker? Or is that just a difference in resin? Resin was the Fun To Do F1+ Clear
