I know this is not photon related - I just got myself i3 mega to print big parts and started printing whole plane fuselages :D

Now what I hate about FDM printers is sooo noticable layer lines!
However came up with a novel way to finish that ..... UV resin printers create amazing finish yes?
Well let's use UV resin as finishing resin - it's so easy to sand away as well :)

Hey, all. I'm looking for suggestions on the print, wash, cure post processing on Anycubic Clear to keep it, well, clear. I normally keep my pieces in my UV setup for a few hours but it seems to turn the clear into more of an amber. It was a beautiful crystal clear when I pulled it off of the build plate. What are you guys doing? Thanks!

In ChiTuBox, or anything else equivalent, is it possible to save a "project" and keep the supports editable? Seems like both Photon Slicer and ChiTuBox only "Save" as STL files (as opposed to export sliced files) - which locks the supports into a single object. I often want to just make a small edit or delete to the supports to try a second print after a small failure - seems really annoying to have to start from scratch with designing supports!

Seems like the first run was beginner's luck.... Any suggestions/ fixes as to what's causing this? First pic, the mini's body printed fine, but his head didn't print (nor did the supports, and the second pic was printed on his back, the legs being completely flat..

Interesting failure here. More experiments with the model railway van, this time using ChiTuBox and some bigger uplifts from the build platform. The bottom corner is pulled out away by at least 5mm or more. The supports that should have been under that corner printed fine, but aren't connected. I noticed that I'd unintentionally ended up with some supports that START from the inside of the body, just above this corner - is that the cause of the failure at the bottom?
